PNA-10 Carboxyethyl Fluorene is the modified polymer of PNA containing 20 nucleobases consisting of Aminoethoxymethyl Pyrrolopyrimidone, Aminohexyl Guanine, Aminopentyl Aminoadenine, Cytosine, Guanine and Thymine. It conforms generally to the following formula, where R represents a nucleobase:
