PNA-3 Carboxyethyl Fluorene is the modified polymer of PNA containing 16 nucleobases consisting of Aminoethoxymethyl Pyrrolopyrimidone, Cytosine, Aminopentyl Aminoadenine, Guanine, Aminopentyl Guanine and Thymine. It conforms generally to the formula: where R represents a nucleobase.
