Bis-Methoxy PEG-15/PPG-4 Dimethicone is a silicone polyether block copolymer that is made by reacting a methoxy end-capped, allyl terminated polyether composed of an average of 4 moles of polypropylene oxide and an average of 15 mols of polyethylene glycol with Bis-Hydrogen Dimethicone.
