Divinyldimethicone/Dimethicone/Phenylsilsesquioxane Crosspolymer is a highly crosslinked siloxane polymer that is made by reacting an aqueous dispersion of Hydrogen Dimethicone with divinyldimethicone, followed by reaction with phenyltrimethoxysilane.
